    Definitely good for horses, certainly Doesn't have any other uses especially inside the house. The high quality leather makes for a softer, yet more effective strike, without too much pain on skin.

    I purchased this riding crop, even though I donât have a horse for personal uses. I will say it works well for a cheaper crop. When mine came in the handle was chipped so thatâs a bit of a bummer but otherwise itâs in good shape. They do fold over the leather so I had to you weigh it down a bit to get rid of the crease.

    This thing is great! FIVE STARS!! I didnât expect it to be a substantial as it is, OR that I would love it so much. It has a nice solid wooden handle with a matte finish, the strap is held to it by two bright brass colored rivets. The strap itself is thick PU leather and reminiscent of a heavy leather belt or an old leather strop. It makes a nice loud, satisfying SMACK when you hit something with it. The overall feel is that of something old. Itâs a welcome addition to our toy box! I just adore it!

    Purchased this a few weeks ago and have been using it for awhile. I figured by the price it wouldn't be very thick or sturdy. Just a flimsy fake leather even tho it states otherwise. I can say I was wrong and it actually is equivelant to my more expensive crops. The handle is thicker then I'd of liked but easy to handle once used to. Definitely has a Paddle Handle. Leather has held up well. It does have a slight breakin time I've noticed tho. I can honestly say I'm glad to add this to my collection. The red is very vibrant and I do love it.

    Very happy with the purchase. Feels very nice in your hand and works quite will for impact play. Makes a nice sound, perfect size and very comfortable weight.

    This is good for soft play or a prop. The handle is decently made, with a nice finish and easy to hold. There is also some weight to it. The "leather" though is does not seem like real leather, but more of the "PU" variety. The bend from shipping does not seem to want to straight out. It is lighter than real leather and will make that "crack" sound and give a light sting, but not much more. For the price point, still acceptable, but the listing should be modified to clearly state this is man-made "leather".
